By accessing or using Vivoim: AI Video Generator, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vivoim provides AI-powered video generation services designed to help users:

• Visualize creative ideas through AI-animated videos
• Animate personal photos using cinematic templates
• Share and export high-quality AI video content

Important: Vivoim is NOT a factual source and results are provided "as is" for entertainment purposes.

3. Disclaimers & Limitations

• ❌ We make no guarantees about the realism or accuracy of AI outputs.
• ❌ AI results vary significantly based on input quality and model parameters.

4. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental permission.

5. User Responsibilities

• Content Ownership: You must own or have legal rights to any photo you upload.
• Acceptable Use: You agree NOT to use the Service to create illegal, harmful, hateful, or infringing content.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account credentials.

6. Intellectual Property

• Our Content: The App's code, design, and AI scenarios are owned by Vivoim.
• Your Content: You retain ownership of your original photos. You are granted a license to use generated videos for personal and (for Pro members) commercial purposes as defined in your plan.

7. Subscriptions and Credits

• Generation requires credits, which can be purchased or obtained via subscription.
• Subscriptions are managed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Refunds are subject to the respective store's policies.

8. Data Deletion

• You can delete your creations at any time.
• Account deletion removes all stored media within 30 days.
• Original uploaded photos are processed transiently and are not stored permanently.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
