Welcome to SkyDash. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and play of the SkyDash mobile game (the "Game").

By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a single mobile device owned or controlled by you.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software to modify or interfere with the Game.
Exploit, distribute, or publicly inform other users of any game error, miscue, or bug which gives an unintended advantage.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.

4. Virtual Items

The Game may include virtual currency (e.g., Coins) or items (e.g., Skins).

These items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
You do not own these items; you have a limited license to use them within the Game.
We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual items at any time.

SkyDash, including its code, graphics, gameplay, and audio, is owned by Umit Uz. All rights are reserved.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Game.
