4. Eligibility

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use HydraDrop.

If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service
If you are a parent or guardian permitting a minor to use the Service, you agree to supervise their use and accept these Terms on their behalf

No Account Required

HydraDrop operates 100% offline with NO user accounts:

5. User Responsibilities

✅ Understanding that uninstalling the app will delete all local hydration data

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to:

Text, graphics, logos, icons
Software, code, and algorithms
Design, layout, and user interface
Trademarks and branding

...are owned by HydraDrop or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You own 100% of your content - water intake records, goals, notes, and all data you create in the Service.

Since HydraDrop operates entirely offline:

✅ Complete control: Edit, delete, or export your data anytime
✅ Local storage only: Your content stays on YOUR device
✅ No server uploads: We never receive, store, or access your content
✅ No licensing: You don't need to grant us any rights to your content

❌ Store your content on servers (there are no servers!)
❌ Share your content with anyone
❌ Use your content for any purpose
❌ Claim any rights to your content

Your data is YOURS and YOURS ALONE.

HydraDrop uses local notifications generated by your device:

Local Only: All notifications are generated locally on your device
No Data Collection: We don't collect any data through notifications
User Control: You can disable notifications anytime in Settings
No Tracking: We don't track when or how you interact with notifications
Device Dependency: Notification delivery depends on your device's operating system
No Push Servers: We do NOT use push notification servers
Missed Notifications: We are NOT responsible for missed notifications due to device settings

You have complete control over notifications:

✅ Enable/disable in app Settings
✅ Customize reminder times
✅ Turn off all notifications anytime
✅ No data sent to external servers

9. Subscription and Payments

Current Model

HydraDrop is currently available as a free service.

Future Paid Features

We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future. If we do:

Pricing and terms will be clearly communicated in the app
Existing users may receive grandfathered benefits
You may choose whether to subscribe

10. Service Availability

No Guarantee of Availability

We strive to provide reliable Service, but we do NOT guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free access
Specific uptime percentages
Freedom from bugs or technical issues
Compatibility with all devices or operating systems

Maintenance and Updates

We may:

Perform scheduled or emergency maintenance
Update the Service with new features or improvements
Temporarily suspend the Service for technical reasons

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE"

13. Termination

Your Right to Terminate

You may stop using the Service at any time. Simply uninstall the app to remove all local data from your device.

Our Right to Terminate

Since the app operates offline with no user accounts, we cannot remotely terminate your access. However, we reserve the right to:

Remove the app from app stores if Terms are violated on a large scale
Discontinue development or support of the Service

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

Your right to access the Service ceases immediately
All local data remains on your device until you uninstall the app
These Terms survive termination where applicable (e.g., liability limitations)

Dispute Resolution
