You must be at least 13 years old to use Dont Forget.

Dont Forget operates 100% offline with NO user accounts:

✅ No login - No passwords or credentials needed
✅ No personal info - No email, name, or contact details required
✅ Privacy-first - All data stays on your device

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Device Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are responsible for:

✅ Securing your device with a passcode/password
✅ Protecting your device from unauthorized access
✅ Backing up your reminder data if desired
✅ Understanding that uninstalling the app will delete all local data

Since Dont Forget operates entirely offline:

✅ Complete control - Edit, delete, or export your data anytime
✅ Local storage only - Your content stays on YOUR device
✅ No server uploads - We never receive, store, or access your content

No Data Collection: We don't collect any data through notifications
User Control: You can disable notifications anytime in Settings
No Tracking: We don't track when or how you interact with notifications
Device Dependency: Notification delivery depends on your device's operating system
No Push Servers: We do NOT use push notification servers
Missed Notifications: We are NOT responsible for missed notifications due to device settings

You have complete control over notifications:

✅ Enable/disable in app Settings
✅ Customize reminder times
✅ Turn off all notifications anytime
✅ No data sent to external servers
