1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Ajie ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Ajie is your private AI-powered character studio that provides:

  • Your private AI-powered character studio.
  • Transform photos into unique avatars, customize every detail, and bring them to life with dynamic animations — all on-device

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

Ajie does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature.

5. In-App Purchases

Ajie does not offer any in-app purchases, subscriptions, or other paid features.

6. AI Features Disclaimer

Ajie uses machine learning models for character generation and animation: AI results are intended for creative and entertainment purposes; We do not guarantee specific outcomes or "perfect" character generations; You are responsible for how you share and present AI-modified characters

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to: Use Ajie to create misleading, harmful, or defamatory content; Attempt to reverse engineer the AI models or application code; Use the character creation tools for any illegal purposes

8. Termination

You may stop using Ajie at any time by removing the app and deleting your data. Local data will be cleared upon app deletion.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass subscription validation mechanisms

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. The developer does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
