1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Mozzica ("the App") handles your information. Mozzica is an app to compose original, professional-quality music with AI developed by Umit UZ.

Mozzica is designed with privacy as a core principle. The App does not require an account, and your data is stored locally on your device.

2. Information We Collect

Mozzica collects: User Creative Inputs (prompts, genres, moods - stored locally only), AI Music Generation data (transient, not permanently stored), Subscription & Usage Data (anonymous device identifier, purchase history), and Anonymous App Analytics (app version, crash reports, feature usage).

2.1 Locally Stored Data

The following data is stored exclusively on your device:

  • User preferences and settings
  • App content and data you create

2.2 Local Storage

All created songs and metadata are stored locally using iOS secure storage. No backend database of your music library exists. Exported songs are saved only when you explicitly share them.

3. No Account or Login Required

Mozzica does not require an account, registration, or sign-in of any kind. All functionality is accessible immediately on launch without any credentials.

4. Third-Party Services

Mozzica does NOT sell, rent, or share your creative prompts or generated music with third parties. Mozzica is a premium, ad-free experience with no advertiser data sharing.

4.1 Apple In-App Purchases

Mozzica offers subscriptions managed through Apple's StoreKit, which processes only the standard App Store transaction data required to validate your subscription. No personal information or app content is shared beyond what Apple provides.

4.2 AI Processing Service

Mozzica uses secure AI processing services for its AI-powered features. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and deleted immediately after processing.

5. No Analytics or Tracking

Mozzica does not integrate any analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, advertising identifiers (IDFA/IDFV), or third-party tracking of any kind. There are no cookies, beacons, or similar tracking mechanisms.

6. Internet Usage

Mozzica requires an internet connection only for:

  • Subscription validation (when making or restoring a purchase)
  • AI feature requests to a secure processing service (encrypted in transit, deleted immediately after use)
  • Opening external links you tap (support page, privacy policy, terms of service)

7. Data Sharing

Mozzica does not sell, rent, share, or disclose any user data to third parties. Since no personal data is collected by the developer, there is nothing to share.

8. Children's Privacy

Mozzica is not directed at children under the age of 13. The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. To delete all App data, you can:

  • Delete the App from your device, which removes all locally stored data
  • Reset the App's data through iOS Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Mozzica > Delete App

No data exists on any remote server, so there is nothing to request deletion of from the developer.

10. Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy is updated, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
