1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Phoyyo ("the App") handles your information. Phoyyo is an AI-powered photo editing that brings your vision to life developed by Umit UZ.

Phoyyo is designed with privacy as a core principle. The App does not require an account, and your data is stored locally on your device.

2. Information We Collect

Phoyyo stores your photos, edits, and projects locally on your device. Images processed with AI features are sent securely to our AI processing service and are not stored permanently on our servers or used for training purposes.

2.1 Locally Stored Data

The following data is stored exclusively on your device:

  • User preferences and settings
  • App content and data you create

2.2 Local Storage

Your photos, editing projects, and preferences are stored using device-only storage. Phoyyo does not sell or share your image data.

3. No Account or Login Required

Phoyyo does not require an account, registration, or sign-in of any kind. All functionality is accessible immediately on launch without any credentials.

4. Third-Party Services

Phoyyo uses AI processing services for advanced photo editing features. Images are transmitted securely over encrypted connections and are immediately deleted after processing. No images are retained or used for model training.

4.1 AI Processing Service

Phoyyo uses secure AI processing services for its AI-powered features. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and deleted immediately after processing.

5. No Analytics or Tracking

Phoyyo does not integrate any analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, advertising identifiers (IDFA/IDFV), or third-party tracking of any kind. There are no cookies, beacons, or similar tracking mechanisms.

6. Internet Usage

Phoyyo requires an internet connection only for:

  • AI feature requests to a secure processing service (encrypted in transit, deleted immediately after use)
  • Opening external links you tap (support page, privacy policy, terms of service)

7. Data Sharing

Phoyyo does not sell, rent, share, or disclose any user data to third parties. Since no personal data is collected by the developer, there is nothing to share.

8. Children's Privacy

Phoyyo is not directed at children under the age of 13. The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. To delete all App data, you can:

  • Delete the App from your device, which removes all locally stored data
  • Reset the App's data through iOS Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Phoyyo > Delete App

No data exists on any remote server, so there is nothing to request deletion of from the developer.

10. Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy is updated, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
