1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how BeBu: AI Baby Predictor ("the App") handles your information. BeBu: AI Baby Predictor is an AI baby-face prediction application developed by Umit UZ that generates a fun preview of your future child from parent photos.

BeBu is a fun AI baby-face prediction app. Your prediction history, favorites, and preferences stay on your device. The App does not require an account. To generate a prediction, the parent photos you provide are sent to a third-party AI service (described below).

2. Information We Collect

BeBu does not collect personal information beyond what is needed to generate predictions. Your prediction history, favorites, and settings are stored locally on your device. The parent photos you upload and your generation request are sent to a third-party AI image service to produce the prediction (described below).

2.1 Locally Stored Data

The following data is stored exclusively on your device:

  • Predictions: Generated baby predictions, resemblance percentages, trait reports, and result cards
  • Parent inputs: The parent photos, selected templates, and customization prompts you use for a prediction
  • History & favorites: Prediction history with favorites and trending stats
  • Baby names: Saved and favorited baby names
  • Preferences: Appearance mode and display settings
  • Subscription status: Whether you have an active Pro subscription (cached for offline access)

2.2 Keychain Storage

Your subscription status is cached in the system Keychain (Apple's secure, encrypted storage) for offline entitlement verification.

2.3 Photos Sent for AI Generation

To generate a baby prediction, BeBu sends the parent photos you provide (and your selected style / prompt) to a third-party AI image-generation service (fal.run) over HTTPS. This upload is required to produce the prediction. BeBu does not store your photos on the developer's servers; they are processed by the AI service to return your result. Avoid uploading photos you do not want processed by a third-party service.

3. No Account or Login Required

BeBu: AI Baby Predictor does not require an account, registration, or sign-in of any kind. All functionality is accessible immediately on launch without any credentials.

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 fal.run (AI image generation)

BeBu uses fal.run, a third-party AI image-generation service, to create baby predictions. The parent photos and your selected style / prompt are sent to fal.run over HTTPS to generate the result. fal.run's handling of this data is governed by its own privacy policy. The developer does not store your photos.

4.2 RevenueCat

BeBu uses RevenueCat for subscription management and receipt validation. Only standard Apple App Store transaction data is processed; no photos or personal information are shared beyond what Apple provides.

5. No Analytics or Tracking

BeBu: AI Baby Predictor does not integrate any analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, advertising identifiers (IDFA/IDFV), or third-party tracking of any kind. There are no cookies, beacons, or similar tracking mechanisms.

6. Internet Usage

BeBu: AI Baby Predictor requires an internet connection only for:

  • AI baby-face generation via the fal.run service (uploads your parent photos)
  • Subscription validation via RevenueCat (when purchasing or restoring)
  • Opening external links (privacy policy, terms, support)

Browsing your prediction history, favorites, and baby names works offline. Generating new predictions and subscription purchases require an internet connection.

7. Camera & Photo Library Access

BeBu uses the camera to take parent photos and your photo library to select existing photos for prediction. Photos you provide are uploaded to the AI generation service to create your prediction (see above); they are not stored on the developer's servers. Permission is requested the first time you add a photo and can be withdrawn in iOS Settings.

8. Data Sharing

BeBu: AI Baby Predictor does not sell, rent, share, or disclose any user data to third parties. Since no personal data is collected by the developer, there is nothing to share.

9. Children's Privacy

BeBu: AI Baby Predictor is not directed at children under the age of 13. The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. BeBu is intended for adult users. The App is not directed at children under the age of 13.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete individual predictions, favorites, or reset your data from within the App. Deleting the App removes all locally stored data. Photos sent to the AI service for generation are processed there per that service's policies.

11. Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy is updated, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
