1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how FutureUs ("the App") handles your information. FutureUs is your premium AI memory generator exclusively for couples developed by Umit UZ.

FutureUs is designed with privacy as a core principle. The App does not require an account, and your data is stored locally on your device.

2. Information We Collect

FutureUs collects photos uploaded by you and your partner solely for the purpose of generating AI images and videos. These photos are temporarily processed by our secure AI generation partners (such as fal.ai).

2.1 Locally Stored Data

The following data is stored exclusively on your device:

  • User preferences and settings
  • App content and data you create

2.2 Local Storage

Your generated memories are stored securely and are only accessible by you and your invited partner. We do not use your photos to train our public AI models.

3. No Account or Login Required

FutureUs does not require an account, registration, or sign-in of any kind. All functionality is accessible immediately on launch without any credentials.

4. Third-Party Services

We utilize third-party APIs (like Grok and fal.ai) to process image generations. These services are bound by strict privacy agreements and do not retain your photos after processing is complete.

4.1 AI Processing Service

FutureUs uses secure AI processing services for its AI-powered features. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and deleted immediately after processing.

5. No Analytics or Tracking

FutureUs does not integrate any analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, advertising identifiers (IDFA/IDFV), or third-party tracking of any kind. There are no cookies, beacons, or similar tracking mechanisms.

6. Internet Usage

FutureUs requires an internet connection only for:

  • AI feature requests to a secure processing service (encrypted in transit, deleted immediately after use)
  • Opening external links you tap (support page, privacy policy, terms of service)

7. Data Sharing

FutureUs does not sell, rent, share, or disclose any user data to third parties. Since no personal data is collected by the developer, there is nothing to share.

8. Children's Privacy

FutureUs is not directed at children under the age of 13. The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. To delete all App data, you can:

  • Delete the App from your device, which removes all locally stored data
  • Reset the App's data through iOS Settings > General > iPhone Storage > FutureUs > Delete App

No data exists on any remote server, so there is nothing to request deletion of from the developer.

10. Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy is updated, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
