1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using LovMe: AI Relationship Coach ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

LovMe: AI Relationship Coach is an AI relationship coach application for couples that provides:

  • AI relationship coach for guidance and advice (chat)
  • Shared memories and relationship milestones with photos
  • Zodiac compatibility between partners
  • Tarot readings
  • Couples-focused profile and onboarding

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

LovMe: AI Relationship Coach does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature. All data is stored locally on your device.

5. AI-Generated Content

LovMe's AI relationship coach uses artificial intelligence (via Groq) to generate replies. AI advice is provided for general reflection and entertainment only. It is not professional relationship, psychological, legal, or medical counseling, and the developer makes no guarantees regarding its accuracy, safety, or appropriateness. Zodiac and tarot features are for entertainment. Your chat text is transmitted to Groq; see the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Subscriptions and Purchases

6.1 LovMe Premium Subscription

LovMe: AI Relationship Coach offers auto-renewable subscription plans (monthly and annual) that unlock premium features, including:

  • Unlimited AI coaching conversations (free tier has limits)
  • Full cosmos, zodiac, and tarot content
  • Unlimited memories and milestones with photos
  • Premium relationship insights and tools

6.2 Free Tier

The free tier includes core features — memories, milestones, limited zodiac and tarot, and a daily allowance of AI coaching messages.

6.3 Payment and Renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6.4 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account Settings.

6.5 Restore Purchases

If you have previously purchased a subscription, you can restore it through the "Restore Purchases" button within the App.

6.6 Apple Standard EULA

In-app purchases are subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass subscription validation mechanisms

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • AI advice, zodiac, or tarot content will be accurate, appropriate, or effective for your relationship
  • The App will resolve relationship issues

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on AI advice, zodiac, or tarot for relationship, legal, or mental-health decisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
