1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Feysene ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Feysene is your private premium AI portrait studio that provides:

  • Your private premium AI portrait studio.
  • Professional retouching, body sculpting, and skin perfecting — all processed locally on your device

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

Feysene does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

5.1 Feysene Subscription

Feysene offers auto-renewable subscription plans (monthly and annual) that unlock premium features, including:

  • All premium features offered within Feysene

5.2 Payment and Renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5.3 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account Settings.

5.4 Restore Purchases

If you have previously purchased a subscription, you can restore it through the "Restore Purchases" button within the App.

5.5 Apple Standard EULA

In-app purchases are subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

6. AI Features Disclaimer

Feysene uses advanced machine learning models for photo transformations: AI results are intended for creative and entertainment purposes; We do not guarantee specific outcomes or "perfect" edits; You are responsible for how you share and present AI-modified images

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to: Use Feysene to create misleading, harmful, or defamatory content; Attempt to reverse engineer the AI models or application code; Bypass subscription limits or premium features

8. Termination

You may stop using Feysene at any time by removing the app and deleting your data from Settings. Local photo storage will be cleared upon app deletion.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass subscription validation mechanisms

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. The developer does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
