1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how MakeMark: Screenshot Generator ("the App") handles your information. MakeMark: Screenshot Generator is a professional app-screenshot creation application developed by Umit UZ that designs device-accurate App Store screenshots with templates, mockups, and export.

MakeMark is designed with privacy as a core principle. All your screenshot projects stay on your device. The App does not collect, access, or transmit your personal information or project files.

2. Information We Collect

MakeMark does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on remote servers. Your projects, templates, and exports are stored exclusively on your device.

2.1 Locally Stored Data

The following data is stored exclusively on your device:

  • Screenshot projects: Projects organized by app name, device type, and status (draft, in-progress, completed)
  • Design content: Titles, subtitles, backgrounds (colors and gradients), text colors, layout styles, and feature icons per screenshot
  • Exports: Generated PNG, JPG, and PDF exports saved to your device
  • Preferences: Selected templates and display preferences

3. No Account or Login Required

MakeMark: Screenshot Generator does not require an account, registration, or sign-in of any kind. All functionality is accessible immediately on launch without any credentials.

4. Third-Party Services

MakeMark uses no third-party SDKs, analytics services, or advertising networks. All design and rendering happens locally on your device.

5. No Analytics or Tracking

MakeMark: Screenshot Generator does not integrate any analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, advertising identifiers (IDFA/IDFV), or third-party tracking of any kind. There are no cookies, beacons, or similar tracking mechanisms.

6. Internet Usage

MakeMark: Screenshot Generator requires an internet connection only for:

  • Opening external links (privacy policy, terms, support)

All template selection, customization, device-mockup preview, and export work fully offline.

7. Photo Library Access

MakeMark requests write-only access to your photo library only when you choose to save an exported screenshot to Photos. The App can only add the images it generates; it cannot read or browse your existing photos. Permission is requested once and can be withdrawn in iOS Settings. You can also export to Files instead.

8. Data Sharing

MakeMark: Screenshot Generator does not sell, rent, share, or disclose any user data to third parties. Since no personal data is collected by the developer, there is nothing to share.

9. Children's Privacy

MakeMark: Screenshot Generator is not directed at children under the age of 13. The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete individual projects and exports from within the App. Deleting the App removes all locally stored projects and data.

11. Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy is updated, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
