1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MakeMark: Screenshot Generator ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

MakeMark: Screenshot Generator is a professional app-screenshot creation application that provides:

  • Screenshot projects organized by app, device type, and status
  • Device-accurate sizes for iPhone 6.7-inch, 6.1-inch, iPad 12.9-inch, and 11-inch
  • Curated templates across app categories (Productivity, Health, Finance, Games, and more)
  • Full customization of titles, subtitles, gradient backgrounds, text, and feature icons
  • Device-mockup previews and smart set generation from an app description
  • Export as PNG, JPG, or PDF to Photos or Files

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

MakeMark: Screenshot Generator does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature. All data is stored locally on your device.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

MakeMark is entirely free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no ads.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The screenshots and designs you create in MakeMark remain your property; MakeMark only renders them locally.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its templates
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Use generated screenshots in ways that violate third-party app-store or trademark policies

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Generated screenshots will meet every platform's current size or content requirements
  • Exports will render identically across all devices or reviewers

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
