1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Sketcy: Learn To Draw Anything ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Sketcy: Learn To Draw Anything is a drawing and creative learning application that provides:

  • Personalized learning paths tailored to your creative goals (logos, UI, illustration, sketching)
  • 8 essential drawing tools optimized for Apple Pencil
  • Layer-based canvas with reference photo import and artwork export
  • Guided practice exercises — tracing, shapes, line control, and speed sketching
  • Progress tracking with XP, levels, daily streaks, and achievements
  • Daily challenges to build a consistent drawing habit

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

Sketcy: Learn To Draw Anything does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

5.1 Sketcy Pro Subscription

Sketcy offers auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and annual) and a lifetime one-time purchase that unlock the full feature set, including:

  • Unlimited projects (free tier: 1 project)
  • Unlimited layers (free tier: 3 layers)
  • Personalized learning paths (Pro only)
  • Advanced practice exercises
  • Full roadmap and learning content

5.2 Free Tier

The free tier includes 1 project with up to 3 layers, all 8 drawing tools, and basic practice exercises.

5.3 Payment and Renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5.4 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account Settings.

5.5 Restore Purchases

If you have previously purchased a subscription, you can restore it through the "Restore Purchases" button within the App.

5.6 Apple Standard EULA

In-app purchases are subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the App, including code, design, graphics, and learning content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use.

The artwork you create in Sketcy remains your intellectual property.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its learning content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass subscription validation

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee that the App will improve your drawing skills.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
