1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Vivoim: AI Video Creator ("the App") handles your information. Vivoim: AI Video Creator is an AI text-to-video creation and editing application developed by Umit UZ with 15+ AI styles, a timeline editor, and up to 4K export.

Vivoim is designed with privacy as a core principle. Your projects, edits, and history stay on your device, with optional iCloud sync across your Apple devices. The App does not require an account. Text prompts are sent to an AI service only to generate videos (described below).

2. Information We Collect

Vivoim does not collect personal information on remote servers. Your video projects, edits, and history are stored locally on your device, with optional iCloud sync to your private database. No data leaves your device except video-generation requests (described below).

2.1 Locally Stored Data

The following data is stored exclusively on your device:

  • Projects: AI-generated and edited video projects, timelines, clips, filters, music, and text overlays
  • Generation history: Your prompts, selected AI styles, and generated video results
  • Exports: Exported videos in your chosen resolution and format (up to 4K)
  • Templates & storyboards: Saved templates and multi-scene storyboard projects
  • Subscription status: Whether you have an active Vivoim Pro subscription (cached for offline access)

2.2 Keychain Storage

Your subscription status is cached in the system Keychain (Apple's secure, encrypted storage) for offline entitlement verification.

2.3 Optional iCloud Sync

Vivoim can sync your projects across your Apple devices using your personal iCloud account via Apple CloudKit. This data is stored in your private iCloud database and is not accessible to the developer. You can disable iCloud sync for Vivoim at any time through your device's iCloud settings.

2.4 Video Generation Requests

When you generate a video, your text prompt and selected AI style (plus duration and aspect ratio) are sent to Vivoim's video-generation service (vivoim-api.workers.dev) over HTTPS to produce the video. No personal identity information or device identifiers are included beyond the generation request.

3. No Account or Login Required

Vivoim: AI Video Creator does not require an account, registration, or sign-in of any kind. All functionality is accessible immediately on launch without any credentials.

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 Vivoim generation service

Vivoim uses its own video-generation service (vivoim-api.workers.dev) to turn text prompts into videos. Your prompt, selected style, duration, and aspect ratio are sent to this service over HTTPS to generate the video. The generation service is operated by the developer.

4.2 RevenueCat

Vivoim uses RevenueCat for subscription management and receipt validation. Only standard Apple App Store transaction data is processed; no video content or personal information are shared beyond what Apple provides.

5. No Analytics or Tracking

Vivoim: AI Video Creator does not integrate any analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, advertising identifiers (IDFA/IDFV), or third-party tracking of any kind. There are no cookies, beacons, or similar tracking mechanisms.

6. Internet Usage

Vivoim: AI Video Creator requires an internet connection only for:

  • AI video generation via Vivoim's generation service (vivoim-api.workers.dev)
  • Subscription validation via RevenueCat (when purchasing or restoring)
  • Optional iCloud sync of your projects
  • Opening external links (privacy policy, terms, support)

Browsing and editing saved projects, templates, and history works offline. Generating new videos, iCloud sync, and subscription purchases require an internet connection.

7. Data Sharing

Vivoim: AI Video Creator does not sell, rent, share, or disclose any user data to third parties. Since no personal data is collected by the developer, there is nothing to share.

8. Children's Privacy

Vivoim: AI Video Creator is not directed at children under the age of 13. The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete individual projects or reset your data from within the App. Disconnecting iCloud in iOS Settings stops further sync. Deleting the App removes all locally stored data; iCloud-synced data can be managed through your Apple iCloud settings.

10. Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy is updated, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
