Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Vivoim: AI Video Creator ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Vivoim: AI Video Creator is an AI text-to-video creation and editing application that provides:

  • Text-to-video generation with 15+ AI styles (Cinematic, Anime, Realistic, 3D, and more)
  • Full timeline video editor with trim, split, merge, filters, music, text, and transitions
  • Quick tools (split, trim, filter, music, text, transition) for existing or AI content
  • Templates library and a multi-scene Story Builder
  • Export up to 4K in MP4, MOV, GIF, and WebM

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

Vivoim: AI Video Creator does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature. All data is stored locally on your device, with optional iCloud sync to your private iCloud database.

5. AI-Generated Content

Vivoim uses AI to generate videos from your text prompts. AI-generated videos are provided as-is for creative and entertainment use; the developer makes no guarantees regarding their quality, accuracy, originality, or appropriateness, and output may occasionally be flawed or unexpected. You are responsible for how you use and share generated content, and for ensuring you have the rights to any input. Your prompts are transmitted to the generation service; see the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Subscriptions and Purchases

6.1 Vivoim Pro Subscription

Vivoim: AI Video Creator offers auto-renewable subscription plans (monthly and annual) that unlock premium features, including:

  • 4K export (free tier: standard quality)
  • Premium AI styles
  • Extended video duration
  • Unlimited generations (free tier has limits)
  • Full export formats and presets

6.2 Free Tier

The free tier includes basic generation and standard-quality export with usage limits.

6.3 Payment and Renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

6.4 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account Settings.

6.5 Restore Purchases

If you have previously purchased a subscription, you can restore it through the "Restore Purchases" button within the App.

6.6 Apple Standard EULA

In-app purchases are subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you import or generate, and for how you use and distribute the resulting videos.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Generate or distribute unlawful, infringing, or harmful content

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • AI-generated videos will be high-quality, accurate, or appropriate
  • Exports or generation will always succeed or meet platform requirements

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on generated content for commercial, professional, or public use.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
