1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Imogo: File & Format Converter ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Imogo: File & Format Converter is an on-device file and format conversion application that provides:

  • Convert images (JPG, PNG, HEIC, GIF) bi-directionally, including looping GIFs
  • Convert documents (PDF, TXT, RTF), build PDFs from images, and extract text from PDF
  • Convert audio (MP3, WAV, AAC) to optimized M4A
  • Convert video bi-directionally (MP4, MOV) with pro-grade exports
  • Searchable conversion history with auto-cleanup and CSV export
  • Native share-sheet export and built-in file preview

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

Imogo: File & Format Converter does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature. All data is processed and stored locally on your device.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Imogo is entirely free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no ads.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The files you convert remain your property; Imogo only transforms them locally and never claims ownership over your content.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Convert or process content you do not have the rights to use

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Every conversion will succeed or preserve all formatting perfectly
  • All formats will be supported on every device or iOS version

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of or corruption to files during conversion.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
