1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Psswd: Password Generator ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Psswd: Password Generator is a secure password generation and strength-analysis application that provides:

  • Generate strong passwords from 6 to 40 characters
  • Toggle lowercase, uppercase, numbers, and symbols
  • Visual password-strength analysis meter
  • One-tap copy to clipboard
  • Premium, distraction-free interface

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

Psswd: Password Generator does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature. All data is stored locally on your device.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Psswd is entirely free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no ads.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Psswd is a generator tool. Generated passwords are yours to use; the App does not claim ownership over passwords you create.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Use generated passwords in violation of any service's terms or law

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Generated passwords will be secure or suitable for every purpose
  • Strength estimates will accurately reflect real-world security

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to any compromise, loss, or misuse of passwords you generate or copy.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
