1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Quarey: QR Generator & Scan ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Quarey: QR Generator & Scan is a QR code generation and scanning application that provides:

  • Generate custom QR codes for links, text, and more
  • Scan QR codes and barcodes with your camera
  • History of past scans and generated codes
  • Customization options for generated QR codes
  • One-tap open of decoded links

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

Quarey: QR Generator & Scan does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature. All data is stored locally on your device.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Quarey is entirely free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no ads.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The QR codes you generate are derived from your own content and remain yours. Quarey is not affiliated with any QR-service provider.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Generate or scan QR codes that link to unlawful, harmful, or phishing content

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Every QR code or barcode will be generated or scanned correctly
  • Links or content reached via scanned codes will be safe, accurate, or legitimate

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on scanned content or links reached through QR codes.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
