This Privacy Policy explains how Seiql: Master SQL & Programming ("the App") handles your information. Seiql: Master SQL & Programming is a multi-language programming and SQL learning application developed by Umit UZ with interactive lessons, code exercises, and progress tracking.

Seiql is designed with privacy as a core principle. All your progress and data stay on your device. The App does not require an account — no accounts, no servers, no tracking. Your learning journey is yours alone.

2. Information We Collect

Seiql does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on remote servers. Your progress, exercise answers, and analytics are stored exclusively on your device. Code you write in exercises is evaluated locally.

2.1 Locally Stored Data

The following data is stored exclusively on your device:

  • Learning progress: Completed lessons, exercises, modules, and per-language progress across SQL, Python, Swift, and web paths
  • Code & answers: Your exercise code submissions and answers
  • Progress & rank: XP, ranks, badges, daily streaks, and daily-challenge history
  • Analytics: Weekly activity, language performance, and success rates
  • Preferences: Selected learning path and display settings

3. No Account or Login Required

Seiql: Master SQL & Programming does not require an account, registration, or sign-in of any kind. All functionality is accessible immediately on launch without any credentials.

4. Third-Party Services

Seiql uses no third-party SDKs, analytics services, advertising networks, or cloud services. Code exercises are evaluated locally on your device.

5. No Analytics or Tracking

Seiql: Master SQL & Programming does not integrate any analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, advertising identifiers (IDFA/IDFV), or third-party tracking of any kind. There are no cookies, beacons, or similar tracking mechanisms.

6. Internet Usage

Seiql: Master SQL & Programming requires an internet connection only for:

  • Opening external links (privacy policy, terms, support)

All lessons, code exercises, challenges, and analytics work fully offline.

7. Data Sharing

Seiql: Master SQL & Programming does not sell, rent, share, or disclose any user data to third parties. Since no personal data is collected by the developer, there is nothing to share.

8. Children's Privacy

Seiql: Master SQL & Programming is not directed at children under the age of 13. The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

You can reset your progress from within the App. Deleting the App removes all locally stored data.

10. Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy is updated, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
