1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Seiql: Master SQL & Programming ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Seiql: Master SQL & Programming is a multi-language programming and SQL learning application that provides:

  • Learning paths for SQL, Python, Swift / SwiftUI, and web (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript)
  • Interactive code exercises with instant feedback, hints, and explanations
  • Daily coding challenges across languages
  • XP, ranks, badges, daily streaks, and per-language progression
  • Analytics dashboard with activity, success rates, and language performance

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

Seiql: Master SQL & Programming does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature. All data is stored locally on your device.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Seiql is entirely free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no ads.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The code you write in exercises remains yours. Lesson and exercise content is part of the App and licensed for your personal, non-commercial learning use.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its lesson content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit malicious or harmful code into the exercise environment

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Lesson content or exercise feedback will always be accurate or complete
  • The App will make you proficient in any programming language

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on exercise feedback or lesson content for professional or production work.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
