1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Coloer: Color Palette Studio ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Coloer: Color Palette Studio is a color palette creation and management application that provides:

  • Three creation modes — Generate (HSB sliders + harmony), Manual, and Camera (photo extraction)
  • Six harmony rules (Complementary, Analogous, Triadic, Split-Complementary, Tetradic, Monochromatic)
  • Nine curated categories with search, filters, and sorting
  • Four color formats (HEX, RGB, HSL, CMYK) with one-tap copy
  • Export as SwiftUI code, CSS variables, JSON, image, or shareable link
  • WCAG AA / AAA contrast checking with live ratios

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

Coloer: Color Palette Studio does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature. All data is stored locally on your device.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

5.1 Coloer Pro Subscription

Coloer Pro is an auto-renewable subscription that unlocks the full feature set, including:

  • All six harmony rules (free tier: Complementary, Analogous, Monochromatic)
  • All four color formats (free tier: HEX only)
  • Manual palette editing
  • Photo extraction via camera or library
  • Unlimited saved and created palettes (free tier: 1 each)
  • All export options (SwiftUI, CSS, JSON, image, share link)

5.2 Free Tier

The free tier includes three harmony rules (Complementary, Analogous, Monochromatic), HEX format, one saved palette, and one created palette — free forever, no account needed.

5.3 Payment and Renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5.4 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account Settings.

5.5 Restore Purchases

If you have previously purchased a subscription, you can restore it through the "Restore Purchases" button within the App.

5.6 Apple Standard EULA

In-app purchases are subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The palettes you create in Coloer are yours. Coloer does not claim ownership over colors or palettes you generate.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass subscription validation

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Extracted colors will perfectly match the source photo in every case
  • WCAG contrast results will be sufficient for every accessibility context or platform

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
