Emerch - Emergency ICE Info stores the following data locally on your device only using secure local storage: Medical information: Blood type, allergies, medications, conditions; Emergency contacts: Names and contact information; User profile: Personal details for ICE card

2.1 Locally Stored Data

The following data is stored exclusively on your device:

  • User preferences and settings
  • App content and data you create

3. No Account or Login Required

Emerch does not require an account, registration, or sign-in of any kind. All functionality is accessible immediately on launch without any credentials.

4. Third-Party Services

Emerch - Emergency ICE Info does not use any third-party services, including: No account creation or user identification; No data collection or transmission to servers; No cloud services unless explicitly exported; No analytics or crash reporting services that collect personal data

5. No Analytics or Tracking

Emerch does not integrate any analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, advertising identifiers (IDFA/IDFV), or third-party tracking of any kind. There are no cookies, beacons, or similar tracking mechanisms.

6. Internet Usage

Emerch requires an internet connection only for:

  • Opening external links you tap (support page, privacy policy, terms of service)

All features run fully offline; no network access is required for the App to function.

7. Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times.

8. Data Sharing

Emerch does not sell, rent, share, or disclose any user data to third parties. Since no personal data is collected by the developer, there is nothing to share.

9. Children's Privacy

Emerch is not directed at children under the age of 13. The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

All data remains on your device until you choose to delete it. You can delete all app data at any time through the in-app "Reset All Data" feature in Settings, or by uninstalling the app.

If this Privacy Policy is updated, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
