1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Emerch ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Emerch is an emergency ICE card with lock screen widget, SOS, first aid guides & medical info that provides:

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

Emerch does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature.

5. In-App Purchases

Emerch does not offer any in-app purchases, subscriptions, or other paid features.

6. Medical Disclaimer

Emerch is a medical information reference tool. It is designed to help you store and display emergency medical information. It is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult qualified medical professionals for medical emergencies. The information stored in Emerch is provided by you. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information.

7. Prohibited Uses

You must NOT use Emerch to store illegal content or misrepresent medical information in a way that could cause harm.

8. Termination

You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the app or clearing all data from Settings. All local data will be permanently deleted.

9. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass subscription validation mechanisms

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. The developer does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

13. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
