1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how FontFore ("the App") handles your information. FontFore is a text styling application developed by Umit UZ that transforms plain text into Unicode font styles and decorative borders.

FontFore is designed for complete privacy. All text transformation happens 100% locally on your device. No text you type, transform, copy, or share ever leaves your device through the App itself.

2. Information We Collect

FontFore does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on remote servers. The App has no network access for data transmission beyond subscription validation.

2.1 Locally Stored Data

The following data is stored exclusively on your device:

  • Favorites: Text transformations you have saved as favorites, including the original text, transformed text, style name, and timestamp
  • History: Your recent copy history (up to 20 entries for free tier, 50 for Pro), including the same record data
  • Usage counter: Number of free usage actions remaining (incremented each time you copy, favorite, or share)
  • Preferences: Preview font size, auto-capitalize toggle, haptic feedback toggle, default font category
  • Onboarding status: Whether you have completed the onboarding flow and your selected goal

2.2 Keychain Storage

Your subscription status is cached in the system Keychain (Apple's secure, encrypted storage) by RevenueCat for offline entitlement verification. No app-specific data is stored in the Keychain beyond what RevenueCat requires.

3. No Account or Login Required

FontFore does not require an account, registration, or sign-in of any kind. All functionality is accessible immediately on launch without any credentials. The App is fully anonymous. RevenueCat operates in anonymous mode, assigning a random device-level identifier for subscription management.

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 RevenueCat

FontFore uses RevenueCat for subscription management and in-app purchase receipt validation. RevenueCat processes only the standard Apple App Store transaction data required to validate your subscription, including an anonymous device identifier and your purchase receipt. No personal information, text content, or usage data is shared with RevenueCat.

4.2 Apple StoreKit

All subscription payments and transactions are processed by Apple's StoreKit framework through the App Store. FontFore does not handle or store any payment information.

5. No Analytics or Tracking

FontFore does not integrate any analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, advertising identifiers (IDFA/IDFV), or third-party tracking of any kind. There are no cookies, beacons, or similar tracking mechanisms.

6. Internet Usage

FontFore requires an internet connection only for:

  • Subscription validation via RevenueCat (when making or restoring a purchase)
  • Opening external links you tap (privacy policy, terms of service, support, App Store review, developer social media)

All core functionality — text transformation, decoration, mixing, favorites, and history — works fully offline without any network access.

7. Clipboard Access

FontFore accesses the system clipboard only when you explicitly tap a style card to copy the transformed text. The App does not read from the clipboard automatically or in the background.

8. Data Sharing

FontFore does not sell, rent, share, or disclose any user data to third parties. Since no personal data is collected by the developer, there is nothing to share.

9. Children's Privacy

FontFore is not directed at children under the age of 13. The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Because no data is collected, there is no risk of unauthorized data collection from children.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. You can delete data by:

  • Clearing individual history items or your entire history from the Saved tab
  • Unfavoriting individual items to remove them from your favorites
  • Deleting the App from your device, which removes all locally stored data

No data exists on any remote server, so there is nothing to request deletion of from the developer.

11. Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy is updated, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
