1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FontFore ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

FontFore is a text styling application that provides:

  • Transformation of plain text into 26 Unicode font styles
  • Application of 35 decorative borders to text
  • Style Mixer to combine font styles with decorative borders
  • Favorites and history for saving past transformations
  • Clipboard copy and system share sheet integration

All text transformation is performed locally on your device. No text you type or transform is transmitted to any server.

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

FontFore does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

5.1 FontFore Pro Subscription

FontFore offers an auto-renewable subscription called "FontFore Pro" that unlocks the full feature set, including:

  • All 26 font styles (6 free + 20 Pro-only styles)
  • All 35 decorative borders (8 free + 27 Pro-only borders)
  • Unlimited usage actions (no free action counter)
  • Full Style Mixer access (locked for free users)
  • Extended history (50 items vs. 20 in free tier)

5.2 Free Tier

The App includes a free tier with access to 6 font styles, 8 decorative borders, and 1 free usage action. After copying, favoriting, or sharing once, every subsequent action prompts the paywall. The Style Mixer is entirely unavailable in the free tier.

5.3 Payment and Renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5.4 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account Settings.

5.5 Restore Purchases

If you have previously purchased a subscription, you can restore it through the "Restore Purchases" button within the App.

5.6 Apple Standard EULA

In-app purchases are subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Unicode font styles and decorative borders provided in the App are generated through Unicode character mapping and are provided for personal creative use. The transformed text you create remains yours.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its built-in style library
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass the subscription validation or free usage counter

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. The developer does not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Transformed text will render identically across all platforms and applications
  • The App will meet your specific requirements or expectations

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation in good faith.
