1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PhotoQuest: Daily Challenges ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

PhotoQuest: Daily Challenges is a daily photography challenge application that provides:

  • Daily creative photography quests across 9 categories and 40+ templates
  • Integrated pro-grade camera controls for high-fidelity capture
  • XP, levels, daily streaks, and 10+ unlockable achievement badges
  • Custom profile with avatar, bio, and showcased badges
  • Personalized onboarding by goals, style, and skill level

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

PhotoQuest: Daily Challenges does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature. All data is stored locally on your device.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

PhotoQuest is entirely free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no ads.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The photos you capture or select remain your property; PhotoQuest stores them locally and never claims ownership.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Capture or submit photos you do not have the rights to use

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Camera capture or photo selection will work on every device
  • Daily quests will suit every photographer's style or equipment

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
