1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Choiyre: Family Task Manager ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Choiyre: Family Task Manager is a family task and chore management application that provides:

  • Real-time animated task timers with urgency indicators
  • Phone Lock simulation for missed deadlines (visual only — does not lock your device)
  • Custom reward system where children earn and redeem points
  • 50+ smart chore templates across household categories
  • Multiple child profiles with avatars and secure 4-digit PIN access
  • PIN-protected Parent Mode for managing tasks, rewards, and verification
  • Daily, weekly, and custom recurring tasks
  • 5 premium family themes (Mint, Sky, Rose, Lavender, Sunny)

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

Choiyre: Family Task Manager does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature. All data is stored locally on your device.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Choiyre is entirely free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no paywalls — all features are available at no cost.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass child-profile PIN protection

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Choiyre will improve a child's behavior or task completion
  • The Phone Lock simulation will enforce device restrictions (it is visual only)

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on the Phone Lock simulation for actual device or access control.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
