1. Application Data (Stored Locally Only)

All sensitive data is stored on YOUR device using secure local storage (React Native AsyncStorage):

Application Details - University names, target programs, status updates, and milestones.
Documents - Transcripts, certificates, and ID documents managed within the app.
Inbox & Messages - Communications and tasks related to your admission process.
Progress Tracking - Completion status and deadline countdowns.

2. Analysis Content (Processed for AI Service)

When you use the AI Coach features, the following content is temporarily sent to AI processing services (OpenAI via our secure API):

Motivation Letter Drafts - The text of your letters for tone and completeness analysis.
Interview Responses - Transcripts of your recorded practice sessions for feedback.

Important: This content is sent over secure, encrypted channels. We do not store this content permanently on our servers; it is processed per-request to generate your AI feedback.

3. App Preferences (Stored Locally Only)

Your settings stay on your device:

Onboarding Status - Whether you have completed the initial setup.
Theme & Notifications - Your app display and alert preferences.

Information We DO NOT Collect

We want to be absolutely clear about what we DO NOT collect:
