1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Uniwerst: Academic Planner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Uniwerst: Academic Planner is a university course, assignment, and academic planning application that provides:

  • Color-coded weekly course schedule
  • Assignment tracking with priorities and deadlines for projects, homework, and exams
  • Campus and personal event discovery and tracking
  • Academic analytics — GPA, credits, and performance stats
  • Privacy-first, on-device storage

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

Uniwerst: Academic Planner does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature. All data is stored locally on your device.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Uniwerst is entirely free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no ads.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Rely on the App as the sole source for official academic records or deadlines

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • GPA or credit calculations will match your institution's official records
  • Reminders or deadlines will always be accurate or delivered on time

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed deadlines, exams, or academic-record discrepancies.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
