1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Beyzbal ("the App") handles your information. Beyzbal is your personal baseball stats companion developed by Umit UZ.

Beyzbal is designed with privacy as a core principle. The App does not require an account, and your data is stored locally on your device.

2. Information We Collect

Beyzbal stores your data locally on your device using secure local storage. We do not collect, transmit, or share any personal information.

2.1 Locally Stored Data

The following data is stored exclusively on your device:

  • User preferences and settings
  • App content and data you create

2.2 Local Storage

Your data is stored locally on your device: User preferences (followed teams, favorite teams), App settings, Game data and scores. All data remains on your device and is never uploaded to any server.

3. No Account or Login Required

Beyzbal does not require an account, registration, or sign-in of any kind. All functionality is accessible immediately on launch without any credentials.

4. Third-Party Services

We use RevenueCat for subscription management. Your payment information is handled by Apple App Store and is never shared with us. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with anyone.

4.1 RevenueCat

Beyzbal offers subscriptions managed through RevenueCat, which processes only the standard Apple App Store transaction data required to validate your subscription. No personal information or app content is shared beyond what Apple provides.

5. No Analytics or Tracking

Beyzbal does not integrate any analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, advertising identifiers (IDFA/IDFV), or third-party tracking of any kind. There are no cookies, beacons, or similar tracking mechanisms.

6. Internet Usage

Beyzbal requires an internet connection only for:

  • Subscription validation (when making or restoring a purchase)
  • Opening external links you tap (support page, privacy policy, terms of service)

7. Data Sharing

Beyzbal does not sell, rent, share, or disclose any user data to third parties. Since no personal data is collected by the developer, there is nothing to share.

8. Children's Privacy

Beyzbal is not directed at children under the age of 13. The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. To delete all App data, you can:

  • Delete the App from your device, which removes all locally stored data
  • Reset the App's data through iOS Settings > General > iPhone Storage > Beyzbal > Delete App

No data exists on any remote server, so there is nothing to request deletion of from the developer.

10. Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy is updated, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
