1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Dareo: Truth or Dare ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Dareo: Truth or Dare is a Truth or Dare party game that provides:

  • Three game modes — Solo (self-reflection), Partner (one-on-one), and Group (up to 10 players)
  • Animated spinning wheel that picks Truth or Dare
  • 900+ questions across 50+ categories (Icebreaker, Deep, Never Have I Ever, Would You Rather, and more)
  • Custom question creation for your own Truth or Dare prompts
  • Six decision wheel types with confetti celebrations
  • Scoreboard with player rankings, Truth vs Dare breakdown, and completion rates
  • 10 unlockable achievements and a 100-game history with stats

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

Dareo: Truth or Dare does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature. All data is stored locally on your device.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Dareo is entirely free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no paywalls — all questions, modes, and themes are available at no cost.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its question content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Create or submit unlawful, harmful, or abusive custom questions

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • All questions will be suitable for every player or age group
  • The App will meet your specific requirements or expectations

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
