This Privacy Policy explains how Festpar: Party & Event Planner ("the App") handles your information. Festpar: Party & Event Planner is a personal party and event planning application developed by Umit UZ with guest lists, RSVP tracking, countdowns, and event categories.

Festpar is designed with privacy as a core principle. All your event and guest data stays on your device using iOS secure storage. The App does not require an account — no accounts, no servers, no data collection.

2. Information We Collect

Festpar does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on remote servers. Your events, guest lists, RSVPs, and notes are stored exclusively on your device. No ads, no tracking, no analytics.

2.1 Locally Stored Data

The following data is stored exclusively on your device:

  • Events: Parties and events with date, time, location, category, theme, and details
  • Guest lists & RSVPs: Guests you add and their RSVP status (confirmed, declined, pending)
  • Notes & history: Quick notes per event and your past-events archive
  • Profile & preferences: Your planner profile, interests, and display preferences

3. No Account or Login Required

Festpar: Party & Event Planner does not require an account, registration, or sign-in of any kind. All functionality is accessible immediately on launch without any credentials.

4. Third-Party Services

Festpar uses no third-party SDKs, analytics services, or advertising networks, and requires no system permissions. Everything is stored locally on your device.

5. No Analytics or Tracking

Festpar: Party & Event Planner does not integrate any analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, advertising identifiers (IDFA/IDFV), or third-party tracking of any kind. There are no cookies, beacons, or similar tracking mechanisms.

6. Internet Usage

Festpar: Party & Event Planner requires an internet connection only for:

  • Opening external links (privacy policy, terms, support)

Festpar works fully offline. No internet connection is required.

7. Data Sharing

Festpar: Party & Event Planner does not sell, rent, share, or disclose any user data to third parties. Since no personal data is collected by the developer, there is nothing to share.

8. Children's Privacy

Festpar: Party & Event Planner is not directed at children under the age of 13. The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Festpar is rated 12+ and is not intended for young children.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete individual events or clear all data from within the App. Deleting the App removes all locally stored data.

10. Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy is updated, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
