1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Festpar: Party & Event Planner ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Festpar: Party & Event Planner is a personal party and event planning application that provides:

  • Create events with date, time, location, and details
  • Guest lists with RSVP tracking (confirmed, declined, pending)
  • Event categories and themes for organization
  • Upcoming view with countdown and past-events archive
  • Quick notes and reminders per event

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms. Festpar is rated 12+ for infrequent or mild references to alcohol, tobacco, or drug use in a party-planning context.

4. Accounts

Festpar: Party & Event Planner does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature. All data is stored locally on your device.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Festpar is entirely free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no ads.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Plan or promote unlawful activities or harmful events

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Countdowns, dates, or reminders will always be accurate or delivered on time
  • The App will meet your specific requirements or expectations

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed event reminders or scheduling errors.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
