1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FunnyFeed: AI Comedy Studio ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

FunnyFeed: AI Comedy Studio is an AI comedy and joke generation application that provides:

  • AI joke and meme generation tailored to your selected comedy vibe
  • 10+ comedy categories (Dark Humor, Tech, Sports, Animals, and more)
  • 100+ unique AI generation scenarios
  • AI Comedy Coach for joke-writing guidance
  • Instant meme creation you can share or save
  • Daily goals, XP, leveling, and collectible badges

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

FunnyFeed: AI Comedy Studio does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature. All non-generated data is stored locally on your device.

5. AI-Generated Content

FunnyFeed uses artificial intelligence (via Groq) and the Imgflip service to generate jokes, memes, and comedy material. AI-generated content is provided for entertainment only. The developer makes no guarantees regarding its accuracy, originality, or appropriateness, and AI output may occasionally be offensive or inaccurate. Your prompts and meme text are transmitted to these services; see the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Subscriptions and Purchases

FunnyFeed is entirely free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no ads.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit unlawful, harmful, or abusive prompts or meme text

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • AI-generated jokes or memes will be funny, original, or appropriate
  • Generated content will be free from offensive or inaccurate material

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content or exposure to offensive material.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
