1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Golfea — Golf Game ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Golfea is a single-player skill-based golf game featuring:

  • 9-hole rounds against AI opponents across four difficulty tiers
  • Three-phase shot mechanics (aim, power, accuracy)
  • Club and ball collection with stat-based equipment
  • XP, coins, and trophy progression system
  • Achievements and win streak tracking
  • Leaderboards based on local device data

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

Golfea — Golf Game does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

5.1 Golfea Premium Subscription

Golfea — Golf Game offers auto-renewable subscription plans (monthly and annual) that unlock premium features, including:

  • Unlimited matches (free tier is limited to 1 match lifetime)
  • 50% bonus XP, coins, and trophies per round
  • Legend-tier courses (St. Andrews, Royal Troon)
  • Premium clubs and equipment
  • Premium badge on your profile

5.2 Free Tier

The free tier allows you to play exactly 1 match total. After that, a subscription is required to continue playing. Free users can access Rookie and Pro difficulty modes.

5.3 In-Game Currency

Gems and coins are earned through gameplay and used to purchase in-game items (clubs, balls, bundles). These currencies have no real-world monetary value and cannot be purchased directly with real money.

5.4 Payment and Renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5.5 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account Settings.

5.6 Restore Purchases

If you have previously purchased a subscription, you can restore it through the "Restore Purchases" button within the App.

5.7 Apple Standard EULA

In-app purchases are subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

6. Gameplay and Fair Play

Golfea is a single-player game against AI opponents. There is no multiplayer or competitive play against real users. All scores and leaderboard data are stored locally.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass subscription validation or the free usage limit

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
