1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Prompo: AI Prompt Library ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Prompo: AI Prompt Library is an offline library of ready-to-use AI prompt templates that provides:

  • 253 ready-to-use prompts across 30+ categories
  • One-tap copy to clipboard for use in any AI assistant
  • Favorites to save your most-used prompts
  • Clean, distraction-free interface
  • Fully offline — no account or internet required

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

Prompo: AI Prompt Library does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature. All data is stored locally on your device.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Prompo is entirely free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no ads.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Prompo is a prompt-template library. It does not generate AI responses and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any AI provider. Prompts are copied and used by you in your own chosen AI tool.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its prompt content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Use prompts to generate unlawful, harmful, or abusive content

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Prompts will produce useful or appropriate results in any AI tool
  • The App will meet your specific requirements or expectations

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to the results obtained by using the prompts in third-party AI services.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
