1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Rando: AI Activity Discovery ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Rando: AI Activity Discovery is an AI-powered activity discovery and suggestion application that provides:

  • AI-powered activity suggestions tailored to your mood, time, and preferences
  • Diverse categories (Wellness, Sports, Learning, Food, Creative Crafts, and more)
  • 3 difficulty levels and mood / time filtering
  • Daily streaks, XP, leveling, and unlockable achievements
  • Favorites library with personal notes and completion history
  • Statistics and mood analytics

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

Rando: AI Activity Discovery does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature. All non-generated data is stored locally on your device.

5. AI-Generated Content

Rando uses artificial intelligence (via Groq) to generate activity suggestions and tips. AI-generated content is provided for inspiration only. The developer makes no guarantees regarding the safety, suitability, accuracy, or feasibility of suggested activities, and you are responsible for assessing whether an activity is appropriate and safe for you. Your mood, time, and preferences are transmitted to Groq for processing; see the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Subscriptions and Purchases

Rando is entirely free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no ads.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass subscription validation mechanisms

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • AI-suggested activities will be safe, suitable, or feasible for you
  • The App will improve your mood or lifestyle

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on AI-suggested activities or any harm arising from undertaking them.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
