1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Sportiyya: Live Scores ("the App") handles your information. Sportiyya: Live Scores is a live football scores and match tracking application developed by Umit UZ that delivers real-time scores, fixtures, player stats, squad management, and match simulation.

Sportiyya is designed with privacy as a core principle. The App does not require an account, does not collect personal information, and all your progress is stored locally on your device. Live match data is fetched on demand from a third-party provider and is not tied to you.

2. Information We Collect

Sportiyya does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on remote servers. No account, email, or device identifier is collected. The App's Apple Privacy Manifest declares zero tracking and zero data collection.

2.1 Locally Stored Data

The following data is stored exclusively on your device:

  • Onboarding status: Whether you have completed the introduction (replayable from Settings)
  • Squad & formations: Your selected formation (4-3-3, 4-4-2, 3-5-2), roster, overall and chemistry ratings
  • Player collection: Owned players, their stats, and tier (Elite / Gold / Silver)
  • Coins & packs: Virtual coin balance and pack purchase / opening history
  • Match history: Simulation results including scores, dates, outcomes, and coin rewards
  • Performance analytics: Win rate, goal averages, best streaks, and recent form
  • Achievements: Unlocked milestone data (e.g. First Win, Squad Builder, League Champion)
  • Preferences: Match reminder notifications, theme, and haptic feedback settings

3. No Account or Login Required

Sportiyya: Live Scores does not require an account, registration, or sign-in of any kind. All functionality is accessible immediately on launch without any credentials.

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 API-Football

Sportiyya uses the API-Football service (api-sports.io) to fetch live scores, fixtures, results, and player statistics. Only league and match queries are sent to the API; no personal information, account data, or device identifiers are transmitted. The API key used to access the service is bundled with the App and is not tied to you.

4.2 Apple UserNotifications

Match reminder notifications are scheduled and delivered locally on your device. No remote push notification service is used.

5. No Analytics or Tracking

Sportiyya: Live Scores does not integrate any analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, advertising identifiers (IDFA/IDFV), or third-party tracking of any kind. There are no cookies, beacons, or similar tracking mechanisms.

6. Internet Usage

Sportiyya: Live Scores requires an internet connection only for:

  • Fetching live scores, fixtures, results, and player stats from API-Football
  • Opening external links (privacy policy, terms, support)

Squad management, match simulation, your collection, coins, and analytics are all available offline. Live match data requires an internet connection.

7. Live Data & Caching

Live match data shown in Sportiyya is fetched from API-Football and may be cached on your device to improve performance. This cache contains only public match and player information, not personal data, and can be cleared from Settings.

8. Data Sharing

Sportiyya: Live Scores does not sell, rent, share, or disclose any user data to third parties. Since no personal data is collected by the developer, there is nothing to share.

9. Children's Privacy

Sportiyya: Live Scores is not directed at children under the age of 13. The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. You can delete data by:

  • Clearing match history, player collection, or cache individually from Settings
  • Using "Reset All Data" in Settings to restore the App to its initial state
  • Deleting the App from your device, which removes all locally stored data

11. Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy is updated, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
