1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Sudody: Learn & Play Sudoku ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Sudody: Learn & Play Sudoku is a classic Sudoku puzzle game that provides:

  • 6 difficulty levels — Easy, Medium, Hard, Expert, Champion, and Extreme
  • Daily challenge with seed-based puzzles shared by everyone
  • Notes mode for pencil marks, plus hints, undo (100 moves), and error checking
  • Real-time timer with pause and resume
  • Detailed statistics — win rates, best and average times, games played, and streaks
  • Automatic save and resume for in-progress puzzles

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

Sudody: Learn & Play Sudoku does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature. All data is stored locally on your device, with optional iCloud sync for game progress.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Sudody is entirely free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no ads — all features are fully unlocked.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass subscription validation mechanisms

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that puzzles will always meet your skill expectations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
