1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Draeym: AI Bedtime Kid Stories ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Draeym: AI Bedtime Kid Stories is an AI-powered bedtime story generator for children that provides:

  • AI-generated personalized bedtime stories from 10 themes and 6 moods
  • 4 narrator voices with playback-speed control and optional sound effects
  • Family profiles for up to 5 children with interests and daily-activity logging
  • Story player with sleep timer, 30-second skip, and mini player
  • Story library with search, filters, favorites, and bedtime auto-play schedule

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

Draeym: AI Bedtime Kid Stories does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature. All data is stored locally on your device, with optional iCloud sync to your private iCloud database.

5. AI-Generated Content

Draeym uses artificial intelligence (via Groq) to generate bedtime stories. Stories are fictional and provided for entertainment. The developer makes no guarantees regarding their content, appropriateness, accuracy, or suitability for every child, and recommends that a parent review generated stories. Your story-generation details are transmitted to Groq; see the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Subscriptions and Purchases

Draeym is completely free and ad-free. There are no subscriptions, no paywalls, no in-app purchases, and no ads.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass subscription validation mechanisms

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • AI-generated stories will be appropriate, safe, or suitable for every child
  • The App will help your child sleep

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on the App for sleep, routine, or child-development outcomes, or exposure to unsuitable story content.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
