This Privacy Policy explains how Moner: Smart Expense Tracker ("the App") handles your information. Moner: Smart Expense Tracker is a personal expense and budget tracking application developed by Umit UZ that helps you log spending, set budgets, and visualize where your money goes.

Moner is designed with privacy as a core principle. Financial data is sensitive, so Moner stores everything locally on your device. The App does not require an account, collects no personal or banking data, and works fully offline.

2. Information We Collect

Moner does not collect, transmit, or store any personal or banking data on remote servers. All transactions and budget settings are stored locally on your device. No data leaves your device.

2.1 Locally Stored Data

The following data is stored exclusively on your device:

  • Transactions: Expense amounts, categories, optional notes, and dates you log
  • Categories: Pre-defined and custom spending categories
  • Budgets: Monthly budget targets and remaining-fund progress
  • Preferences: Currency and display preferences

3. No Account or Login Required

Moner: Smart Expense Tracker does not require an account, registration, or sign-in of any kind. All functionality is accessible immediately on launch without any credentials.

4. Third-Party Services

Moner uses no third-party SDKs, analytics services, advertising networks, or banking integrations, and requires no system permissions. Everything stays on your device.

5. No Analytics or Tracking

Moner: Smart Expense Tracker does not integrate any analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, advertising identifiers (IDFA/IDFV), or third-party tracking of any kind. There are no cookies, beacons, or similar tracking mechanisms.

6. Internet Usage

Moner: Smart Expense Tracker requires an internet connection only for:

  • Opening external links (privacy policy, terms, support)

Moner is fully functional without an internet connection.

7. Data Sharing

Moner: Smart Expense Tracker does not sell, rent, share, or disclose any user data to third parties. Since no personal data is collected by the developer, there is nothing to share.

8. Children's Privacy

Moner: Smart Expense Tracker is not directed at children under the age of 13. The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

You can delete individual transactions or clear all data from within the App. Deleting the App removes all locally stored financial data.

10. Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy is updated, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
