1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Moner: Smart Expense Tracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Moner: Smart Expense Tracker is a personal expense and budget tracking application that provides:

  • Lightning-fast expense entry with amount, category, and optional note
  • Pre-defined and custom spending categories
  • Spending summaries with clean charts over weekly and monthly periods
  • Monthly budget goals with real-time remaining-fund tracking

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

Moner: Smart Expense Tracker does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature. All data is stored locally on your device.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Moner is entirely free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no ads.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Moner does not connect to any bank, payment provider, or financial institution. It is a manual tracking tool only.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Rely on the App as the sole source for tax, accounting, or financial decisions

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Tracked amounts or summaries will be accurate or suitable for accounting or tax purposes
  • The App will meet your specific requirements or expectations

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on the App for financial, accounting, or tax decisions.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
