1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Ollorm: AI Sleep & Dream Studio ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Ollorm: AI Sleep & Dream Studio is a sleep tracking, dream journaling, and smart alarm application that provides:

  • Sleep tracking with quality scoring, consistency, and long-term pattern analysis
  • Dream journal with AI-powered interpretation, emotion, and symbol trends
  • Gamified alarms — memory games, math, barcode scan, photo missions, and red light / green light
  • Power-nap calculator based on sleep debt and circadian rhythm
  • Sleep-debt recovery planning and personalized sleep-hygiene recommendations

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

Ollorm: AI Sleep & Dream Studio does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature. All data is stored locally on your device.

5. AI-Generated Content

Ollorm uses artificial intelligence (via Groq) to generate dream interpretations and sleep recommendations. This content is provided for entertainment and personal reflection only. It is not psychological, medical, or scientific advice, and the developer makes no guarantees regarding its accuracy, meaningfulness, or appropriateness. Your dream text is transmitted to Groq for processing; see the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Subscriptions and Purchases

Ollorm is entirely free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no ads.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass subscription validation mechanisms

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Sleep scores or insights will be accurate or clinically meaningful
  • AI dream interpretations will be accurate, meaningful, or appropriate for you

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on sleep data or AI dream interpretations for health, sleep-disorder, or psychological decisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
