By downloading, installing, or using ADHD Focus ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

ADHD Focus is an ADHD focus and productivity tracker that provides:

  • ADHD focus and productivity tracker.
  • Build focus routines with Pomodoro timers, manage tasks, capture distracting thoughts, and track your attention patterns — all stored privately on your device

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

ADHD Focus does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature.

5. In-App Purchases

ADHD Focus does not offer any in-app purchases, subscriptions, or other paid features.

6. Medical Disclaimer

ADHD Focus is a productivity tool and is NOT a medical device. It does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment for ADHD or any other condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for any medical or mental health concerns. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a professional or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the US).

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass subscription validation mechanisms

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. The developer does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
