1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using H2O Buddy: Water Tracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

H2O Buddy: Water Tracker is a daily water intake and hydration tracking application that provides:

  • Personalized daily water goal calculated from your body weight
  • One-tap water logging with cups, bottles, or custom amounts
  • Hydration streaks, levels, and achievement tracking
  • Historical charts and trend analysis
  • Local reminder notifications to keep you hydrated

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

H2O Buddy: Water Tracker does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature. All data is stored locally on your device.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

H2O Buddy is entirely free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no ads.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass subscription validation mechanisms

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Hydration goals will be appropriate or optimal for your individual needs
  • The App will improve your health

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on hydration goals for medical or dietary decisions.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
