1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Kinetic: Gym & Workout Tracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Kinetic: Gym & Workout Tracker is a strength-training and workout tracking application that provides:

  • Pro-grade workout logger for sets, reps, and weights
  • Algorithmic workout generation tailored to goals, muscle focus, and equipment
  • Strength analytics with volume trends, intensity, and muscle-group distribution
  • Automatic personal-record tracking and an achievement system
  • Exercise library with instructions and muscle-group mapping
  • Streaks, weekly goals, premium themes, and optional Apple Health / iCloud sync

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

Kinetic: Gym & Workout Tracker does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature. All data is stored locally on your device, with optional iCloud and Apple Health sync.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Kinetic is entirely free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no ads.

6. Health Disclaimer

Kinetic is a fitness tracking tool. It is not a medical product and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Generated routines and analytics are general suggestions and may not be suitable for your individual fitness level, injuries, or health conditions. Always consult a qualified healthcare or fitness professional before starting or changing an exercise program, and stop exercising and seek care if you experience pain or discomfort.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass subscription validation mechanisms

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Generated routines or analytics will be safe, suitable, or effective for you
  • Volume, PR, or calorie estimates will be accurate

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to injury, overtraining, or health harm arising from reliance on the App's routines or analytics.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
