1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MacroHaven: Calorie Counter ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

MacroHaven: Calorie Counter is a calorie, macro, and nutrition tracking application that provides:

  • Personalized daily calorie and macro targets calculated from your goals and biometrics
  • Food diary with a built-in library, custom foods, and barcode scanning
  • Recipe library with nutrition breakdowns and dietary filters
  • Meal plans with daily schedules and per-meal targets
  • Water tracking, weight progress, and weekly / monthly / yearly statistics
  • Shopping lists, achievements, and dark-mode themes

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

MacroHaven: Calorie Counter does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature. All data is stored locally on your device.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

5.1 MacroHaven Pro Subscription

MacroHaven: Calorie Counter offers auto-renewable subscription plans (monthly and yearly) that unlock premium features, including:

  • AI-powered nutrition features
  • Meal plans with daily scheduling
  • Advanced nutrition insights and recommendations
  • Shopping-list and grocery tools
  • Streak and achievement tracking
  • Data export

5.2 Free Tier

The free tier includes core nutrition tracking: food diary logging, macro targets, basic statistics, and water and weight tracking.

5.3 Payment and Renewal

Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5.4 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account Settings.

5.5 Restore Purchases

If you have previously purchased a subscription, you can restore it through the "Restore Purchases" button within the App.

5.6 Apple Standard EULA

In-app purchases are subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

6. Health Disclaimer

MacroHaven provides calorie, macro, and nutrition estimates for informational and motivational purposes only. The App is not a medical product and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nutrition values (including those from barcode lookups or the built-in library) are approximations and may be inaccurate. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional or registered dietitian before making significant changes to your diet.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass subscription validation mechanisms

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Calorie, macro, or nutrition values will be accurate or appropriate for you
  • Barcode lookups will return correct or complete product information

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on nutrition or calorie data for medical or dietary decisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
