This Privacy Policy explains how Mermaid: Manifest Your Reality ("the App") handles your information. Mermaid: Manifest Your Reality is a daily intention and manifestation application developed by Umit UZ that helps you write your manifesto, claim archetypes, and track your growth.

Mermaid is designed with privacy as a core principle. The App is 100% permissions-free and does not track your location, photos, or contacts. Your manifestations are yours alone and stay on your device.

2. Information We Collect

Mermaid does not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on remote servers. Your manifesto entries, claimed archetypes, and activity stay exclusively on your device.

2.1 Locally Stored Data

The following data is stored exclusively on your device:

  • Manifesto & intentions: The manifesto declarations and intentions you write
  • Archetypes & discovery: Your chosen guides (e.g. Ocean Wisdom, Twilight Calm) and claimed guided manifestos
  • Profile & goals: Your name, selected goals, and visual theme
  • Activity & streaks: Daily activity dates and your consistency streak

3. No Account or Login Required

Mermaid: Manifest Your Reality does not require an account, registration, or sign-in of any kind. All functionality is accessible immediately on launch without any credentials.

4. Third-Party Services

Mermaid uses no third-party SDKs, analytics services, or advertising networks, and requests no system permissions. Everything stays on your device.

5. No Analytics or Tracking

Mermaid: Manifest Your Reality does not integrate any analytics SDKs, crash reporting tools, advertising identifiers (IDFA/IDFV), or third-party tracking of any kind. There are no cookies, beacons, or similar tracking mechanisms.

6. Internet Usage

Mermaid: Manifest Your Reality requires an internet connection only for:

  • Opening external links (privacy policy, terms, support)

All manifesto writing, archetypes, discovery, and streak tracking work fully offline.

7. Data Sharing

Mermaid: Manifest Your Reality does not sell, rent, share, or disclose any user data to third parties. Since no personal data is collected by the developer, there is nothing to share.

8. Children's Privacy

Mermaid: Manifest Your Reality is not directed at children under the age of 13. The App does not knowingly collect any personal information from children.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

You can edit or clear your manifesto, profile, and activity from within the App. Deleting the App removes all locally stored data.

10. Changes to This Policy

If this Privacy Policy is updated, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date.
