By downloading, installing, or using Mermaid: Manifest Your Reality ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Mermaid: Manifest Your Reality is a daily intention and manifestation application that provides:

  • Write and declare your personal manifesto
  • Choose personalized archetypes (Ocean Wisdom, Twilight Calm) to shape your daily focus
  • Discover and claim guided manifestos
  • Smart streak engine that tracks your daily consistency
  • Glassmorphic ocean aesthetic with an animated companion
  • Editable profile with goals and themes

3. Eligibility

The App is available to anyone who downloads it from the Apple App Store. By using the App, you represent that you have the authority to agree to these Terms.

4. Accounts

Mermaid: Manifest Your Reality does not require an account or registration. No login, email, or password is needed to use any feature. All data is stored locally on your device.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Mermaid is entirely free. There are no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no ads.

6. Wellbeing Disclaimer

Mermaid is a self-reflection and intention-setting tool provided for inspiration and personal growth only. It is not a medical or mental-health product and is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you are experiencing mental-health difficulties, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including its code, design, graphics, and content, belong to Umit UZ. You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App or its content
  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to bypass subscription validation mechanisms

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. The developer does not guarantee that:

  • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Using the App will manifest any specific outcome or change your reality
  • The App will meet your specific requirements or expectations

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Umit UZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to reliance on the App for life, health, or financial outcomes.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
